Ingredients (serves 4):
- 1,3 kg pork ribs (with bones)
- 5 garlic cloves, halved
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1,5 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons mushroom dark soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Method:
- mash garlic cloves with sugar and salt to a paste (using a pestle in a tall mortar) and add remaining ingredients.
- add meat and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature (or overnight in the fridge).
- grill 10-12 minutes per side.
Serve with white rice. Enjoy!
